  • If for any reason you wish to return your chair, please contact us via email or phone for a Return Authorization Number (RA).
  • Please be aware that if you return any chair you will be assessed our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  • Also, you will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us.
  •  All returns must be in the original condition and properly packaged in the original cartons.

All returns are subject to a 25% percent restocking fee.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, replacement parts will be sent free of charge, including the shipping. If you decide you do not want replacement parts, the chairs can be returned under our standard return policy listed above.


Freight Damage
We guarantee you will receive your chairs free from shipping damage.

If shipping damaged occurs merchandise will be replaced and/or replacement parts sent at our discretion. Call us if you receive a damaged chair and we will send out replacement parts however, it is your responsibility, as the customer to change out the replacement part on the chair.
